Are all your vehicles located in China?
A
Not Exactly. We might ship some vehicles into certain countries ahead if we have local partners there who can help us distribute. We are partering with our customers to build warehouses in some countries already.
Q
Do you only sell new electric vehicles?
A
Currently we sell both brand new vehicles and used condition cars to cater to varying needs from our buyers.
Q
What kind of vehicles do you sell?
A
Our offerings span from cars, buses, trucks, off road cars, to other equipments including garbage trucks, bulldozer, forklift, crane, excavator and so forth.
Q
Which markets do you sell to?
A
Currently we mainly focus on selling Left Hand Drive cars, though we have RHD cars for sale from time to time. Our biggest markets are Latin America, South East Asia,Middle East and Europe,. We also sell to some countries in Africa, North America and etc.

Do you handle export?
A
We handle export for cars bought from us. We also provide export service for cars not bought from us. Import into buyer's countries is to be handled by customers.

What if the vehicle I’m interested in is out of stock?
A
Just contact us for the product you are interested in. If it’s a used vehicle, we’ll see if we can get a similar model that might also interest you and keep you informed. If it’s a brand new car, you can pay us a deposit, when there is cars available, we could lock the car at once, or we will recommend you some similar models with stock if you accept it

How can we buy a used car?
A
due to the used cars having very short timeliness, can be sold off anytime, if your client does need a used car, you can prepay a deposit of 1000usd/unit to us first. Once we find the car and you confirm it, we will immediately lock the car. If we can not find the car you are satisfied with, we will refund you on request. For the price of the used car. years, mileage, and models will affect the final price, at the beginning of the quotation, we can only send your a rough price range, after you confirm the years, model, mileage, battery health, etc then we can make an accurate quotation.

How can I confirm the vehicle's condition?
A
All of our stock are inspected by professionals according to our own inspection standard, and the condition of each vehicle is specified in the Vehicle Information Sheet.

If you need, we will hire CHABOSHI(www.chaboshi.cn) to inspect the car.They will send an inspection report(all the final decision is based on the inspection report). For the SOH, we can send a battery-checking device to the seller and connect the EV’s OBA socket(some models do not support this),we will get and study the battery information, and if there is any problem will tell you in advance. The CHABOSHI checking fee is 70USD each car.

What is Reg. Year?
A
Register Year means the year vehicle is registered by law in the country; however, sometimes the Reg. Year differs from the year of manufacture of the vehicle.

What’s your accepted payment options?
A
30% TT as deposit, and 70% balance before shipping, Payment by Letter of Credit is also negotiable. Other alternative payment: Paypal, Western Union, Moneygram and etc...

Are shipping cost and other cost included in the total payment?
A
It depends on price term (Incoterms) agreed upon between us and buyers. If the price term is FOB, then you will need to handle shipment by yourself. If the price term is CIF, then we would include shipping cost and insurance cost for the shipment, but either way, you need to handle the inbound customs clearance by yourself.

What is CIF and FOB?
A
CIF stands for (Cost + Insurance + Freight). It includes vehicle's purchase cost, marine insurance and shipping fees. FOB stands for Free On Board. It is the price shown on the vehicle product page.

Do you accept local currency?
A
Normally we only accept US dollar, EU dollar and Chinese RMB. But in some cases, we might consider accepting local currency in countries where we have partners. For more information, please contact us.

How will I know when my payment has been received by your bank account?
A
It is very important that you provide us proof of payment or a bank slip to secure your order. Once the payment has been made, please send us the bank slip together with the proforma invoice number. Then our bank will inform us immediately automatically when the money arrive at our account, we will also inform you the same time.

Shipment

Does every vehicle get inspected before they are shipped to me?
A
Yes. Every vehicle we sell must go through rigorous inspection before we load them onto Container(or Ro-RO vessel, depending on the situation). The inspection report will be provided on request.

When will my vehicle be shipped?
A
The exact date of departure depend on the available shipping schedule. Normally we can confirm the estimated shipping departure and arrival date within 3-5days after an order is confirmed. We will advise shipment details once cars are shipped on board, and send all necessary shipping documents to customers immediately.

What is the information required for booking shipment?
A
There are 3 information required:
Consignee and its address: This is the information of the company or person shown on the shipping documents and this is the person who will receive the vehicles.
Notify Party: The information of the contact person at the port of delivery. This is your importing customs agent in most cases.
Courier Address : Where shipping documents will be sent to.

What are the documents required for shipment?
A
Original Bill of Lading, Packing list, Commercial invoice, Certificate of origin, and other documents if required additionally.

How long does the shipment take?
A
It depends on several factors: Shipping method(Container or Ro-Ro vessel),Physical distance from POL(Port of Loading)to POD(Port of Discharge), etc. Normally the sailing time from China is approximately 10-20days for Asian and Australian countries; 25-35days for the rest countries; could be 35-45days for some distant African and South American countries.

What is the customs clearance process?
A
Once the vehicle arrives at the port, it will be your responsibility to conduct customs clearance. If you are not in a position to clear the vehicle personally, you can hire a local agent to perform customs clearance. Please contact your local customs agent for the necessary steps to be followed well in advance of the arrival of the vehicle. If you do not know the agent, please contact us, and we will provide a list of our preferred agents.

What will I have to pay once I receive the vehicle?
A
Upon receiving the vehicle you will have to pay port clearing costs, import duties and taxes, and any additional fees requested by your government to clear the vehicle. Please consult with local authorities or a customs agent for more details.

What logistics ways can work for shipment?
A
we can ship by various transportation tools.
(1)for our main shipment, the vehicles will be shipped by container OR roro/bulk shipment.
(2)for inland neighborhood countries of china, we can send vehicles by road or railway.
(3)for spare parts in urgent demand, we can send it by courier service,such as dhl, tnt, ups or fedex.
Q
What is "RO-RO" shipment?
A
Shipment by Ro-Ro (Roll on - Roll off) refers to shipment done with vessels where the vehicles are loaded and unloaded by driving them into and out of the ship, all vehicles are secured in their respective bays and are isolated from the elements during the sea passage. Such shipment is usually speedier and cheaper than container shipments. Ro-Ro shipments may not be available for some special or small destination ports.

What is "Container shipment"?
A
During container shipment, vehicles are loaded and fixed in a container (a big metal box of standard size of 20feet or 40feet long). Shipment by container is very safe and covers almost all ocean ports in the world. It is usually more expensive than Ro-Ro shipment.

What is "Vanning"?
A
"Vanning" is the process of professionally loading and securing in place the vehicles inside a container to avoid damages in case of rough weather conditions during the transportation on the vessel.
