Recently, Alpine revealed a teaser image of its upcoming A110 EV model. The new vehicle will serve as the brand's flagship sports car, replacing the current petrol-powered A110, which will cease production in 2026. The new electric model is set to make its official debut in 2026.
Based on the teaser, the new car will retain the classic sports car design of the A110, with its iconic LED "four-eye" headlights updated to a hexagonal shape for a more futuristic look (visible through the black cover). While Alpine has not disclosed many other details, previous reports suggest that despite being fully electric, the new A110 will be lighter than its competitors while maintaining uncompromised performance.
Earlier, at the 2022 Paris Motor Show, Alpine unveiled the A110 E-ternité concept car, which celebrated the brand's 60th anniversary while showcasing its electric vehicle development. The brand has announced plans to launch seven new models by 2030, with the A290 being the first (previously released) and the recently unveiled A390 as the second. In addition to the A110 EV, Alpine is also developing a four-seat A310 model, which will feature in-wheel motors.
